The International Relations Office conveys the list of nominated students to the host university, which makes the final decision regarding the winners.
Winning candidates are notified by the International Relations Office at their email address.
Selected students will be contacted by the host university to continue with the necessary procedure
Before the start of the mobility, winning students complete a document called the Learning Agreement (Agreement set between the applying student, the home university, and the host university, which sets out the courses with the corresponding credits based on the minimum credit number criteria that the student will follow during the semester at the host university, which will be recognized upon its completion and continued studies at the home university).
NOTE! The student who will carry out a semester mobility at the host university must choose equivalent/similar subjects to those they would take at WBU in that same semester. Credits not selected by students applying for mobility, due to differences between WBU study programs and those of the host university, remain part of the academic obligations of the study program that the applicant student follows, which he/she must fulfill according to the relevant WBU regulations.
