Western Balkans University (Albania) and the University of Novi Pazar (Serbia) have signed a cooperation agreement considering that promoting international cooperation in studies and scientific research is one of their common goals.

Specific areas of cooperation may include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Exchange of faculty and administrative staff
2. Exchange of students
3. Joint research activities, lectures, and e-learning
4. Participation in seminars and academic meetings
5. Co-organization of short-term training programs
6. Exchange of published academic materials and other information
7. Special short-term academic programs
8. Development of double degree programs
9. Development of start-up and incubation programs
10. Participation in sports and cultural activities

University of Novi Pazar is a private university established in 2002 in Novi Pazar, Serbia.
